My experience is very similar to several others on here. Ordered specifically for the promise of next day delivery and waited all day, checking tracking given every so often. Only for the tracking to suddenly update to state that apparently delivery had been attempted and a card left due to no-one being in. I phoned up to point out I had been in all day and that I had even taken a delivery from elsewhere at around the time that this supposed attempt had been made but the person on the phone seemed totally uninterested and said it wasn't his problem. He even repeatedly inferred I was lying and that delivery may have been attempted Worst customer 'service' ever with no interest in the problems caused and no intention to attempt to rectify. I asked for a refund and to cancel the order since he made it clear he could not in any way assure me that delivery would even happen next day as 'it depends on whether we can get in touch with the driver' etc. He put the phone down on me. Still waiting for refund even though the tracking now shows the package has now been returned to the sender. Terrible.
Ordered boxes BECAUSE of the next day delivery service. phoned to confirm delivery - took a day off work. Live in a London flat and left precise notes on where to go and how to enter the apartment site. These are NOT PRINTED ON THE DRIVER INSTRUCTION SHEET!!! So when the driver allegedly arrived he didnt know where to p[ark. He didn't ring either of the phone numbers I put on the form - just disappeared without delivery!! Spent ages on the phone yesterday trying to sort it out. He may come today but no one can get through to him to confirm. Have taken a day and a half off work and no boxes yet......
Have used this company a few times now, Orders all arrived and complete the next working day.
This company does not deserve even one star. Every line of our address was wrong, our contact phone number was wrong, the order was wrong. Sent goods back asking for new goods but I dare say no refund will be forthcoming. Second order also wrong, bits missing. Now 5days behind with packing.DO NOT USE. AWFUL COMPANY.When I queried the order they insisted we categorically said no bubble wrap or tape. WRONG WRONG WRONG. BUNCH OF IDIOTS. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE..
Appaulling customer service. This company is total unreliable. I wish I had read the previous review before I placed my order, I would never use this company again. They promise 100% customer satisfaction, they promise ALL orders dispatched the next working day and delivery ALWAYS prompt and on time but this is NOT THE CASE so BE WARNED!! Had to make several phones calls, was kept waiting on hold for over 10 mins, I was told message will be passed on to the General Manager and she would call me back but I received no phone calls from anyone. This company doesnot care about their customers!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have rated this company as poor but if I could give it a lower rating I would. I had to reorganise everything because items from my order were missing.
Bought through globe packaging boxes for move to new house. Used them as they promise next day delivery. Ordered with confidence on Thursday 25 October. Had help arranged on Friday to pack boxes - writing this on Sunday with no packing help and no boxes!!! Courier is Courier Express - HAD NO CONTACT FROM THEM AND NO GOODS.VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BOTH COMPANIES.
