As a relatively small domestic customer for decorative, structural-tensioning components, I was pleasantly surprised at the seamless level of service provided from enquiry through to delivery, on the two occasions that I’ve made purchases. The provision of test certificates at no extra cost was unexpected and helped hugely with Building Control.
