Always adding extra Charges to your account, writing a letter and sending by post saying you need to 'Opt Out'. Everything else is sent by Email except this. Convenient!!Started with an account manager, ended up on general customer service team within a few months, from then its impossible to speak to someone who can assist with any queries or complaints. Still waiting now for a reply after 6 weeks about unauthorized 'Extra Services' added to our account, have had several replies all saying they have passed to a different department. If you have time to constantly chase your tail and do their job for them then these may be a good company, but like most of us who use fuel cards for convenience and to save time on paperwork then id say AVOID ALLSTAR.
