Scaglia supply Order Pickers with reel handling Indeva manipulators

Scaglia Indeva has recently supplied a Polymer manufacturer with 15 Order Pickers, each equipped with an Indeva manipulator for handling reels up to 3.5 meters height.

These Indeva Liftrucks supplied are complete reel handling workstations which include the order picker truck, the Liftronic balancer with 1300 mm long two-joint arm and reel handling tool head.

The tool vertical stroke is 3.3 meters with maximum lift speed of 0.6 meters a second. The Liftruck order pickers are  powered by a 24 Volt battery enabling speeds up to 9.5 kilometers an hours.

They feature a man on board platform with lifting height up to 1.7 meters and forks with lifting height up to 6.9 meters from  floor level, equipped with revolving supports to hold the spacers between layers and packages.

The tool head features a manual lever for 90 degree rotation. The main truck controls are on the tool in order to allow the operator to control all truck and end-effector functions in a user-friendly and ergonomic way.
