Twist-Loc - the latest packaing innovation from Charpak

The latest innovation in packaging, Twist-Loc, has been launched by thermo formed and vacuum formed plastic packaging specialists, Charpak.

Charpak''s patented Twist-Loc, is a specially designed and cut Cakeboard that locks in to an rPET dome to show the product in full glory, while achieving a reduction in materials.

The necessity for tamper evident solutions are also reduced with the addition of a watch strap style band to enable corporate and product branding.

The new design takes Charpak''s ''first to market'' base & dome lid packaging a stage further without affecting product shelf life.

Twist-Loc already elevates premium cake market packaging into a whole new area, while designers are also working on further developments into other market sectors.
