Addison acquire industry leader Dynashape

Addison Saws have concluded a deal to acquire the Dynashape group of companies and real estate. This brings together the two oldest and most successful companies within their respective industries; this is probably the most exciting news to hit the metal sawing industry within a decade.

The synergy between the two companies is perfect, in short we can now offer all of our customers every possible facility connected with metal sawing and machining in one place, a "one stop shop if you like". With Addison rapidly becoming one of the world’s largest producers of cold saw blades and slitting saws manufactured in our Chinese facility, adding the expertise and capability of Dynashape is going to enhance our rapid progress.

The historic success of both companies has always been about achieving the highest possible standards, together we can use each other''s knowledge to take this ethos to higher levels.
