Ronacrete introduces a new sustainable path system

Specialist construction manufacturer Ronacrete has introduced a new environmentally friendly footpath system to its resin bound surfacing product range.

RonaDeck EcoPath MT is a blend of vulcanised rubber granules recycled from truck tyres mixed with natural aggregate and bound with the specially formulated RonaDeck EcoPath MT resin to create a highly porous paving system suitable for footpaths in parks, gardens or open countryside.

RonaDeck EcoPath MT is typically applied to compacted Type 3 aggregate to provide a thin alternative to asphalt or concrete, application to compacted earth is possible if the earth is sufficiently stable. The Ronacrete Technical Department can advise on the suitability of different substrates. The system is only suitable for foot traffic.
