Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment

All the information you need to know about WEEE labels

WEEE Directive is the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment placed in the EU covered by the scope regulations.

These are the requirements on manufacturers, importers and distributors, to create a means for consumers to recycle electrical equipment, by collecting, treating and recovering relevant products under the scope of WEEE regulations.

By following these regulations, will help the environment as this will prevent electrical products and equipment being distributed into landfills, polluting the environment. The equipment can then be broken up and reused for manufacturing other equipment. The 2013 regulations have now been extended to cover photovoltaic panels (from the 1st January 2014), while other categories such as luminaires have been re-classified.

Our WEEE Labels are used for marking the equipment, indicating the correct environmental disposal of the products.  The ranges of labels are used to inform people of the precise method and means of disposal. These come in a range of different colours and quantities. We can also customise your labels incorporating the WEEE symbol with other product information.
