Safety4Business is delighted to release acclaimed NEBOSH Qualification

Safety4Business, the Health and Safety Division of eLearning provider Learning Nexus, is proud to announce the release of its much-anticipated NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.

The National General Certificate is the most widely held health and safety certificate in the UK and is awarded by NEBOSH (the National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health), an independent and internationally recognised examining board and awarding body.

The course, which has been built in-house by the Safety4Business production team, gives learners the opportunity to undertake the study element entirely online within an interactive and intuitive learning environment. Course features include: video tutoring, webinars, exercises, simulations and online tutor support.

In addition, there are a variety of self-assessments, optional revision days and practice examination questions included to ensure that each learner is fully prepared for the formal written examinations and practical assessment that leads to the Certificate.

The National General Certificate is aimed at individuals that hold managerial or supervisory positions who require a broad and comprehensive understanding of the health and safety issues and the ability to manage risks effectively.

The course has been produced by the same team which created the immensely successful online IOSH Working Safely and Managing Safely courses.

Managing Director Ruth Howell said about NGC: “After listening to current market demand, we are delighted to be offering learners the opportunity to undertake the NEBOSH qualification. It is an exciting accompaniment to our quality range of courses.”

Teresa Hawkins, NEBOSH’s Accreditation Manager said: “To become a NEBOSH accredited provider, Safety4Business have successfully completed our rigorous vetting procedure. This procedure confirms that the tutor team, course materials and procedures in place meet the standards we require. We congratulate Safety4Business on this achievement.”
