One of Clarian’s specialties, these heaters are designed to be inserted into a metal block and can operate up to 750 degrees centigrade.

Our cartridge heaters are cylindrically ground for greater accuracy and longer life and the special construction allows an extremely high surface loading providing maximum power in the smallest possible space.

Cartridge heaters are normally inserted into a metal block due to their high surface loading. Our cartridge heaters can be made with distributed wattage allowing greater heater output at the ends as opposed to the middle. They can also be made with low and high voltages as well as dual voltages and incorporate temperature sensors. We can supply cartridge heaters with self regulating elements if required and in very small diameters down to 2.8mm.
