For nearly forty years, Hampshire-based Blue Diamond has been combining its considerable engineering skills with the ability to source manufacture of metal, plastic and rubber components from off-shore suppliers, particularly in the Far East. Now that capability is extended to cast components.

Small to medium quantities of castings are offered in a range of sizes and materials which include aluminium, cast iron and various alloys. Castings can be supplied unfettled for machining by the customer or fully machined and finished to the customer’s specification.

And not content with achieving a price advantage through overseas manufacturers, Blue Diamond can also bring its UK-based engineering skills to bear, testing and analysing the part you need to ensure that it’s the best possible part for the task, re-engineered if necessary to achieve savings on production and greater efficiency in performance.

Investment in the latest inspection and measurement technologies allows Blue Diamond to accurately inspect and measure all components for which it is responsible, in line with its Quality Management System which complies with the requirement of
BS EN ISO 9001: 2008
