NC12/SOCO

The NC12/SOCO is our simple to use, cost effective, bed or chair exit device.

In the model number we have “SO” which is short for Solo and “CO” which is short for Controller.

For ease of use and maintenance no batteries are required as it has its own power supply ( PSU ).

Instructions

‘Simplicity’ is the buzz-word with the NC12/SOCO and its use is as easy as A, B, C.

A, Seat or lay the user on the sensor pad
B, Plug in the PSU
C, Plug the connecting lead into nursecall call point and reset.

The NC12/SOCO is now fully operational and will trigger when the service user shifts their weight off the sensor pad.

To reset the nursecall system

1, Return service user to the bed or chair and press the “reset button” on the nursecall system’s call point. OR
2, Unplug the lead connecting it to the nursecall system and press the “Reset button” as above.

Other information

It is good practice to unplug both the PSU and the nursecall connecting lead when not in use.
