Refurbishment of natural smoke ventilation systems within two residential blocks

The residential blocks required new natural smoke ventilation systems. Dyer replaced the old systems with certified NSHEV windows, control panels and unique wiring.

Dyer replaced existing windows, fixed windows and louvres with certified NSHEV windows on all floors of both blocks. Dyer’s work also included the installation of controls and wiring.

Our new D+H ACB-Bus drives and CPS-M control system allows us to significantly reduce wiring costs and containment. We are able to provide a single cable for power and control to multiple zones. Each drive can be programmed accordingly for independent operation.
