Paying Companies House for online services
Companies House has announced that it has changed its card payment provider from Barclaycard to GOV.UK Pay.
GOV.UK Pay is a service available for any government or public sector organisation that wants to take card payments online. This change means that anyone paying for online services from Companies House will be directed to a different payment screen (on GOV.UK) when making a payment.Companies House has also stated that as a result of the development work needed for this change, customers will not be able to use PayPal to make payments on Companies House services on the following dates:
- WebFiling − between 20 September and mid-October
- Companies House online incorporation services − between 23 September and mid-October
- WebCHeck − between 23 September and mid-October
