QED Launches New Laboratory Refrigeration Range
QED Scientific has launched a new range of laboratory refrigeration products, many with advanced digital control systems.
The metal chambered LR Advanced laboratory fridge range has capacities from 30 to 500 litres with a choice of solid or glass lockable doors. They all have metal chambers for durability and internal fans that ensure stable temperatures and fast temperature recovery after door opening. Their digital controllers have an internal memory of the highest and lowest recorded levels as well as high and low alarms with remote connections that can be linked into your building management system. They have a UK no-quibble 5-year parts and labour warranty. Larger heavy-duty Advanced models have capacities up to 1250 litres, solid doors and finished in stainless steel inside and out. They can have their standard digital controller uprated to have the same functionality as the smaller Advanced models.
The LF range of -25C laboratory freezers have capacities ranging from 115 litres to 1250 litres. Models up to 600 litres have fixed freezing shelves and the larger ones have adjustable shelves.
For long term biomedical storage purposes, a temperature of -40C or -86C is usually required and there are six models in the QED range with storage capacities from 80 litres to 828 litres.
