British Power Group appoints Matthew McSharry

Sustainable energy provider British Power Group has announced the appointment of Matthew McSharry as Business Development Manager

Matthew has over 25 years in manufacturing experience, which coupled with a broad network of contacts and knowledge, will bring a new dynamic and expert value to the British Power Group team. An accomplished and performance-driven leader with extensive experience in directing and streamlining end-to-end supply chain and business management operations, Matthew will be focusing on identifying processes and added value, improving operational effectiveness and implementing improvement techniques.

Matthew’s previous roles include Managing Director of MM Insight and Supply Chain Manager at Mondi Scunthorpe Ltd. He also has an MBA in Leadership, with studies focused on global procurement, international business strategy and international finance.

Due to Matthew’s interest in sustainability and renewable energy solutions, and his aptitude for identifying opportunity and process for change, this new role in helping bring about eco-driven direction is a natural fit.

The appointment of Matthew McSharry is another strategic move by British Power Group as it continues to develop the range of services it can offer businesses, including highlighting and spotlighting eco−driven development opportunities. Matthew will be providing customers with an insightful assessment into how they can cut and remove waste, and cost, whilst exploring how to add value, and bring attention to underutilised talent within their sustainability operations.
