They have brand new 8-head Tajima embroidery machines in their South Wales factory so can embroider logo's, designs, and messages onto any of their towelling products, in-house!

Marketing Manager Beth said ‘The new embroidery machines have been a game changer for us, with the picker-less trimming and increased run speed alone it has increased our embroidery capacity by approx. 50%. The machines can run up to 1100spm and the stitch quality that is achieved at that speed is brilliant.’

By offering this in-house service they have full control over production quality and lead-times and can offer lower minimum order quantities.
