Do they allocate you with a dedicated (real person) draughtman and engineer… i.e Not a software operator?
Do they provide full structural calcs, with foundation load reactions and proven section sizes? (included in the price)
Do they supply ‘Construction Drawings’ with a working interactive 3D model?
Do they offer a fully bolted frame with rigid wall and roof bracing? Not wire or strap bracing!
Do they offer a healthy choice of ‘stock’ colours?
Do they offer ‘Trimline’ Gutters and Downpipes to match the building style? Compared to the garden variety plastic gutters!
Is everything supplied and delivered?
From Pop Rivets to Silicone Sealant, Butyl Tape, Fillers, Expanding Foam, Fixings, Nuts Bolts & Washers!
Do they supply Commercial Grade Roller Doors? (included in the price or quoted ‘extra’)
Do they supply quality Pedestrian Security Doors? (included in the price or quoted ‘extra’)
