The Problem
RHT Group were approached to assist with moving over 300 staff. This move would include office furniture, lockers, seating, storage and IT equipment. In addition to this, RHT Group were tasked with helping to take over 200 items of IT equipment out of circulation and relocate them to stores where they would be re-used around the company at a later date.

In addition to the complexities of the number of items that required to be moved, Atos also gave RHT Group a strict timeline for the relocation to be completed by. All items were to be moved within 2 days and there was no room for going past this deadline, Atos made it clear that the move was business critical, and any delay would have a massive impact on their business.

The Solution
To assist with making this move go according to plan, Dogan Denli provided RHT Group with detailed information and plans before the move started. By providing specific accurate information it enabled RHT Group to plan and build in contingencies to ensure that the move went ahead without any risk to their business with zero downtime. In addition to the information and plans provided by Atos, RHT Group held pre start meetings to further minimise any risk as failure was not an option!

RHT Group are pleased to say that the move went ahead without any issues and was completed on schedule with Zero downtime. Once the move was completed RHT Group continued to support Atos with their IT Team post move to help solve any IT Issues/teething problems.
