Software Support with Salon Tracker

Whilst Salon Tracker believe that technology is the one of the key things to helping a salon thrive, they understand that sometimes it can be unpredictable and confusing. This is why they offer free training and support with each of their software packages.

They offer many different routes for their customers to get support from their team depending on which works best for the salon.

Help videos with step by step tutorials on all parts of the software can be accessed by salon owners and their employees both within their salon tracker and also on www.salontracker.co.uk/help/videos. These videos are easy to follow step by step guides which show salon staff how to do basic things on the software such as: adding/editing customer cards, adding stock for retail products and how to send email and SMS marketing campaigns amongst much more. These videos are 30 seconds long so mean that they can be looked up and sorted as quickly as possible.

As well as help videos, step by step support guides can be found at www.salontracker.co.uk/help/guides These guides go through some common issues that some salons have when it comes to hardware they may use in their salon, such as receipt printers cash draws or fingerprint readers and have a step by step guide on how to rectify these issues.

As well as the tools on the help website, Salon Tracker also offer a chat service and support phone line on Monday to Friday 9-5. This allows salons to either chat to, or call a member of the Salon Tracker team to ask any questions or get help with any potential issues they may be having which will then be able to be sorted over remote assist.
