The Complete Brushless Package
OEM Motor
By combining product ranges from three of OEM Motors leading suppliers OEM Automatic have produced a solution combining BLDC motors with integrated drives and spur gearbox options. An output can be achieved of 0.8-50rpm with an output torque up to 35Nm from the gearbox and speeds from 0-4000rpm without the gearbox and torque ratings of 110mNm to 390mNm from the BL57 NEMA size 23 motor.
The motor is of a 3-phase stator with 4 pole rare earth magnet rotors with a skewed design to reduce motor cogging. Integrated hall sensors 120 degrees apart provides 12 pulse/rev feedback to the controller. Speed control, direction, braking and electronic commutation is all done via a 0-10v analogue signal, adjustable current limits between 1-7A and output fault diagnosis signal are also features of the integrated drive. Special shafts, connectors and gearbox designs can be supplied on request.
