Coaxial Valves Faster Delivery

Coaxial 2+3 way solenoid and air pilot valves now can be guaranteed delivery in less than two weeks from the order date, including special voltage models and applications for water, and gaseous media.

Coaxial Valves - Faster Delivery

We can guarantee delivery in less than two weeks from the order date, which was achieved today for the following 2/2-way direct-acting coaxial solenoid valves:

•269A7301/10 – DN10mm, 0-20 Bar, special model for water media

•270A0006/10 – DN10mm, 0-40 Bar, special model with 110V voltage

•270A0000/10 – DN10mm, 0-40 Bar, standard model

•272A7720/10 – DN10mm, 0-100 Bar, special model for water media

•272AE900/25 – DN25mm, 0-100 Bar, special model for gaseous media

Coaxial Valve Technology

Coaxial valves are designed with complete pressure balance, ensuring that medium pressure has minimal impact on switching behaviour. This allows for consistent switching performance across vacuum, low, and high-pressure applications. The valves remain reliably operational under all conditions, with only seal friction limiting pressure levels at the highest operating pressures.

When in the closed position (spring-closing mechanism), the outlet pressure can be up to 16 bar higher than the inlet pressure while maintaining full seat tightness. This feature, known as "16-bar counterpressure tight on the seat," ensures reliable operation. For pneumatically or hydraulically actuated valves, counterpressures up to the full pressure level can be accommodated without causing seat leakage.

The innovative design minimizes wear on the valve seat, even when handling heavily contaminated media. Thanks to this unique construction, coaxial valves are maintenance-free. Additionally, their bidirectional flow capability allows for flexible installation without performance degradation. The pressure-relieved, ultra-compact design enables rapid switching speeds, with response times as fast as 25 milliseconds.

Each valve is built with a coaxial structure, where the valve seat, control tube, and actuator are aligned along a common reference axis. The circular actuator surrounds the control tube and valve seat, making the design highly space-efficient. This allows for easy integration in single, modular, or strip arrangements, even in applications with tight installation constraints.

Applications

Coaxial valves are particularly well-suited for use with lubricants in mechanical and plant engineering. Additional applications include:

•Vacuum and gas technology

•Test bench construction

•Marine and rail engines

•Filling and dosing systems

With appropriate sealing materials, coaxial valves can handle gaseous, liquid, contaminated, or gelatinous media, including oils, emulsions, coolants, and lubricants.
