Astutis Partners with IChemE to Expand Process Safety Training Portfolio

Find out about Astutis’ new HAZOP course, created with IChemE offering for professionals and businesses in high-hazard industries covering topics such as hazard identification, and process lifecycles, team facilitation and planning.

Astutis has announced a strategic partnership with the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE), introducing four new HAZOP‑related process safety courses to its portfolio. Launched in June 2025, this collaboration brings IChemE-developed training directly to Astutis' global audience, helping professionals in high-hazard sectors better manage risk.

Introduction to HAZOP – A self‑paced beginner’s course (£99 + VAT), covering HAZOP methodology, roles, and fundamentals.

HAZOP Study for Team Leaders & Team Members – A hands‑on course (£2,550 + VAT) combining theory and practical workshops.

HAZOP Leadership and Management – A 3‑day immersive experience (£2,550 + VAT) focused on team facilitation, planning, and reporting.

Hazard Identification Techniques (HAZID) – Covering HAZID, FMEA, and LOPA (£1,100 + VAT), this course equips professionals to identify process hazards across projects
