Allun Pittingale has joined Lawsons Group as Chief Executive Officer.

Experienced senior Executive within the Builder's Merchant sector joins Lawsons Group, the largest independent timber, building and fencing materials merchant in the South and East of England

Allun Pittingale has joined Lawsons Group as Chief Executive Officer. As the largest independent builders merchant in the South East comprising 35 branches and a dedicated construction steel production facility, Lawsons Group has grown significantly and profitably over the last five years both organically and via acquisitions, with £175m turnover in its last published results.

Allun brings a wealth of industry experience to Lawsons, including five years at IBMG (Independent Builders Merchant Group) most recently as COO; four years at Travis Perkins plc as Regional Managing Director (in addition to a previous eight-year stint with the company); and five years at Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery as Operations Director.
