We’re excited to announce the launch of our Gen 2 NEBOSH Diploma, officially going live on 5 January, with pre-orders available now. This marks the next evolution of Diploma-level learning at SHEilds, built to reflect how professionals study today, and designed to deliver a more engaging, supportive, and effective learning experience from start to finish.

The Gen 2 Diploma isn’t a simple refresh. We’ve rebuilt the learning journey from the ground up, focusing on deeper interaction, stronger exam preparation, and greater flexibility for learners balancing study alongside demanding roles. Our aim was clear: to create a Diploma experience that supports understanding, confidence, and long-term professional growth, not just exam success.

With Gen 2, we’ve introduced expanded video content, increased interactivity, improved practice assessments, regular webinars, downloadable learning resources, and enhanced revision tools, all delivered through our latest learning platform. Every element has been designed to support learners at Diploma level, helping them stay engaged, motivated, and prepared throughout their studies.

We’ve also strengthened the academic depth of the programme, including the addition of a free digital book by published author David Thomas, alongside extensive legislative resources, supplementary HSE documentation, and an expanded glossary of key terms. These enhancements ensure learners not only meet NEBOSH requirements, but develop the practical insight and confidence expected of senior safety professionals.
