Our flagship management training programme for managers who want to lead people with clarity, resilience and confidence.

Lead with Confidence is a series of five interactive workshops delivered by our experienced learning & development consultant. This course offers practical learning, discussion and reflection focused on real leadership challenges. There will be opportunity to practice skills with your peers during these workshops with both online and in-person cohorts throughout 2026. Lead with Confidence is designed for: New and emerging managers stepping into leadership for the first time, Mid-level managers refreshing your approach, Business owners balancing people leadership alongside everything else. There are a few places remaining on the February cohort and we are taking bookings for the April and September cohorts.
