The TETRAXE (TTX) Range

When space is limited but alignment still matters, the TETRAXE manipulator provides precise X, Y and Z-axis motion with a convenient ±2° tilt integrated into the mounting flange for final alignment.

With a rugged build and ultra‑compact footprint, TETRAXE is designed to help avoid mechanical clashes — the X and Y actuation methods can be repositioned to suit your chamber layout and integration constraints.

🔸 XY options include +/-12mm (38mm bore), +/-15mm (64mm bore) and 

🔸 +/-25mm (102mm bore) with integrated +/- 2° tilt

How it works:

🔹 Simple on-site adjustment: moving the manual handwheels or motorisation kits requires no specialist tools or training.

🔹 Flange options: straddled clear holes on the fixed flange as standard, with in‑line clear holes available as an option.

🔹 Manual or motorised: available in both configurations, with the option to upgrade from manual to motorised later using simple “DIY” motorisation kits.

🔹 Modular platform: combine with additional components such as rotary feedthroughs, service collars and custom shafts to create advanced manipulators.
