At MMB Services Ltd, we understand that downtime or delays in lifting equipment can have a significant impact on our customers’ operations.

When one of our clients urgently required two complete systems within a very tight timeframe, our team pulled out all the stops to deliver a fast, high-quality solution.

The customer had recently purchased two Misia chain hoists and required bespoke control panels to integrate seamlessly with their new lifting equipment. With the deadline approaching quickly, our engineers worked efficiently to design, build, and commission two custom control panels in just a matter of days.

Each panel was specifically configured to suit the application and included a modern inverter drive system to provide smooth and precise motion control. Inverter technology is widely used in crane and hoist systems to improve operational efficiency, enhance control over lifting movements, and reduce mechanical stress on equipment during operation.

To further improve usability and safety, we also incorporated wireless radio control systems into the design. These systems provide operators with greater flexibility compared with traditional hardwired pendants, allowing cranes and hoists to be controlled from a safe and convenient distance while maintaining reliable and secure communication with the equipment.

As specialists in crane and hoist systems, we regularly supply and install control solutions such as inverter drives, radio controls, and bespoke panels tailored to specific operational requirements. Our goal is always to ensure lifting equipment operates efficiently, safely, and reliably while meeting the individual needs of each customer.

Despite the tight turnaround, our team successfully completed both panels within the required timeframe, enabling the customer to move forward with their project without delay. Projects like this highlight the importance of experience, technical expertise, and a responsive engineering team when working with critical lifting equipment.

Whether it’s a custom control panel, a full crane installation, or ongoing servicing and maintenance, we pride ourselves on delivering practical and dependable solutions that keep our customers’ operations running smoothly
