Bespoke Fabrication & UKCA / ISO 9001 Audit Success
A strong start to 2026!
We kicked off 2026 at Yates Engineering by welcoming Kirsty back to our Accounts Department after maternity leave. There was no easing back in though as her very first week back aligned with our annual UKCA and ISO 9001 audit, which we passed with flying colours!
Passing our UKCA and ISO 9001 audit reinforces the quality standards behind everything we do, particularly as demand grows for bespoke metal fabrication across multiple sectors.
Why Bespoke Metal Fabrication is in Demand
Demand for “bespoke metal fabrication” continues to rise, reflecting the increasing complexity and specificity of projects across construction, energy, manufacturing and machinery sectors. Off the shelf solutions rarely meet the demands of modern commercial and industrial applications, where precision, durability and compliance are essential. At Yates Engineering, bespoke fabrication is not simply about manufacturing to a drawing, it’s about understanding the operational and structural demands behind each project. Working from detailed CAD files or collaborating at design stage, our team combines engineering expertise with practical fabrication capability to deliver robust, fit for purpose solutions for commercial and industrial applications.
Our structured quality control processes - reinforced by our UKCA and ISO 9001 certification - provide confidence that every bespoke component meets specification, compliance requirements and project timelines. We offer competitive pricing and a consistent service.
