TURCK Launches New IP67 Roller Motor Controller Range

TURCK introduces expanded TBEN LL 4RMC controller variants featuring IO Link, CAN based motor control, and 24/48 V capability, enabling cabinet free, decentralized automation for conveyor and intralogistics applications.

TURCK has unveiled new additions to its TBEN LL 4RMC family, delivering enhanced flexibility for conveyor automation and decentralized motor control. The robust IP67 roller motor controllers now support Interroll, MTA and MPC drive rollers, allowing operators to standardize equipment across diverse conveyor environments. With integrated IO Link master ports and standard M12 L pinning, the latest models simplify the integration of smart sensors and create a fully modular, cabinet free automation architecture.

Designed for modern logistics, intralogistics and production environments, the TBEN LL 4RMC modules combine CAN based roller motor control, universal digital I/Os and IO Link technology within a durable field mountable housing. Their multi protocol Ethernet capability and programming free ARGEE logic enable rapid deployment of zero pressure accumulation (ZPA) and other decentralized conveyor strategies without requiring a traditional PLC.

The expanded range supports both 24 V and 48 V operation, addressing the growing industry demand for higher efficiency drive systems. Using 48 V power allows smaller cable cross sections, reduced energy losses and extended cable runs—improving cost effectiveness and installation flexibility across large conveyor installations.

The new IO Link variants make it easy to connect signal towers, pressure sensors and other intelligent devices directly at the machine.
