Transformers & Rectifiers Ltd. Reflects on Middle East Energy 2026 and Looks Ahead to Cologne

UK transformer manufacturer strengthens international relationships at major Dubai energy exhibition

Transformers & Rectifiers Ltd. is reflecting on a successful appearance at Middle East Energy 2026, following three busy days of meetings, technical discussions and new connections at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

Held from 1–3 September 2026, Middle East Energy brought together professionals from across the international power and energy sector. Transformers & Rectifiers Ltd. exhibited alongside its sister company, T&R Test Equipment Ltd., at Booth H2 G16.

The event provided an opportunity for the company's team to meet customers, partners, engineers, contractors and other industry professionals from across the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Europe.

Building connections across the power industry

For Transformers & Rectifiers Ltd., the exhibition was an important opportunity to strengthen existing relationships while establishing new connections in international markets.

Throughout the event, the team discussed a wide range of applications and requirements relating to power infrastructure, including the company's expertise in traction transformer rectifiers, auxiliary transformers and specialised transformer solutions.

Looking towards Cologne

The company will continue its programme of international industry engagement later this year when Transformers & Rectifiers Ltd. attends the Power Transmission & Distribution Technology Expo 2026 in Cologne, Germany.

The event takes place from 17–19 November 2026 and will provide another opportunity to meet professionals from across the power transmission and distribution sector.
