Eriez puts focus into recycling
With environmental sustainability and recycling high on many a political agenda, Eriez Magnetics Europe are focusing on the increasing demand for improved recycling machinery.
To meet and appreciate the specific needs of the recycling industry, Eriez Magnetics Europes'' Carlton Hicks, has been specifically charged with the development and sales of equipment for the recycling industry. Carlton has previously been involved in managing major recycling projects and has gained a great deal of experience within the industry. His main objective will be to visit working recycling plants to ensure they are achieving the best possible separation and using the best equipment for metal sorting.Eriez Europes'' Managing Director, Paul Fears;
“The needs of our customers can be complex at times and we felt by dedicating one employee full time to the recycling business we will better understand and support those customers. Carlton is the ideal person having already worked on many recycling projects where we have installed Eddy Current Separators, Metal Separation Modules and other such equipment.”
New equipment recently launched by Eriez, a world leader in the design and manufacture of Magnetic Separation equipment and Metal Detectors, includes a new Eccentric Eddy Current Separator (RevX-E), an Airless Metal Recovery System (ProSort II) and a new super strength Permanent Magnetic Scrap Drum (the P-Rex). This new range of equipment will bring new capabilities to the recycling and waste industry, allowing processors to recover more than ever before.
