Excellent service. From start to finish the whole team have been helpful and efficient. When an underground pipe was discovered an alternative plan was quickly put in place. The bollards are high quality and the installation faultless. I would not hesitate to recommend.
We contacted Bollard Security to enquire ref driveway bollards (after recommendations from friends) , and received a very quick response from Richard. Richard was friendly and talked through the options after emailing a photo of our driveway. We agreed the price, and a prompt installation date... all good so far. The installation went just as smoothly. Josh and his colleague sent a text to advise a more accurate time of arrival, called to discuss how they planned to install the bollards (we were not at home when they started). Once home, the work was finished and Josh gave us a demonstration of the bollards and explained maintenance requirements. A very smooth experience, great customer service and quality work (very neat installation). Would highly recommend based on our experience. Thank you!

Excellent service from Bollard Security, easy to place an order with and today they carried out the installation. The fitters were very polite and professional, standard of work was excellent and they left our site clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend this company A* service thank you.
The fitters were obliging, courteous and really quick, considering the stony ground they had to dig through! My bollard is just perfect for my needs, thank you so much Bollard Security. p.s. please ignore the site of the old bollard in the picture, I'm going to tidy that up!😁
An excellent company to deal with. Turkan very patiently helped me through selecting the right product and provided help and advice throughout the process. Josh and his team were at pains to communicate with us about the installation. The installation happened within a week and 3 retractable bollards were fitted and the site cleaned in under 3 hours. Josh gave great advice on the use and care of the bollards once the installation was complete. Definitely recommend the company and will use them again.
Josh and Stephen turned up on time and worked right through for about 5 hours. They were very polite, explained what they were doing and how everything worked. They did a great job. Richard in the office was very straightforward. We booked the job a month ahead but they could have done it within a couple of weeks if we wanted. Didn’t have to pay until after the job was completed. Thoroughly recommend these guys.
