I am sharing my experience here because I am honestly still in shock. David Shields from 1stscenic arrived at my house 30 minutes late for a quote, but instead of an apology, I was met with immediate anger. He was extremely rude because I hadn't pre-arranged a parking space for his brand-new BMW X5.
He demanded that I pay for any parking ticket he might receive, and I agreed just to keep the peace. However, when he parked in front of my neighbor’s house, I kindly asked if he could move it to the front of my own house to avoid upsetting the neighbors. Without a single word, Mr. Shields simply got back in his car and drove away. I was left standing there, completely stunned, watching him disappear. I felt so dismissed and helpless on the street. It was a truly terrible and unpleasant experience.

I wish I could give zero stars!!!
In short Ordered some windows and was told that installation would be a mx of 3 weeks. i handed over a large deposit and was then informed 2 weeks later that the installation would occur in 3months!!!! when I called to say this isn''t acceptable I wasmet with sheer rudeness and wasn''t even given a chance to speak. they have now refused to refund my deposit! shocking company.
