99 Structural Engineers are based on High Street Kensington and provide structural engineering consulting locally in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) and the surrounding area of West London.
Our clients include private individuals as well as local businesses such as the Ledbury restaurant, award-winning architects such as Simone de Gale and a series of projects for Kensington Council.
Our three main segments are Residential, Carbon Zero and MMC. We provide structural engineering design for basements, extensions and renovations. We offer structural engineer consulting on your property either pre-purchase, in response to a concern, or if a dispute or insurance claim should arise. We are able to assist with regulatory compliance such as Letters to Freeholders, Structural Surveys and Building Control submissions. We can be appointed for site visits, client monitoring services or checking calculations.
