The company has been under family ownership since 1991 when Peter & Margaret Austin took over the company until their retirement in 2007 when the company changed to its present ownership of Tim & Jo.
Since then ACT has been expanding exponentially year by year, constantly expanding in to new industries.
ACT are proud to having trading relations with many other companies throughout UK, as well as across Europe and the rest of the world.
