I strongly do not recommend Mr. Sebastian or his company! After his employees’ visit, the air conditioner—which had not been working—was left turned on, causing water to leak down the wall near an electrical outlet and creating a serious hazard for the entire building. Mr. Sebastian neither fixed the problem nor offered any assistance; instead, he suggested purchasing a new air conditioner at a highly inflated price. As a result, I incurred additional costs. On top of that, I received the invoice only 11 days later!
