In 2011, our third generation joined the family business, as Tony and Sandra’s son Michael Davies became an operative on the production floor. As with any family business, Michael experienced many unofficial years in the business (on school holidays, evenings and weekends) and following four years of intense training and experience across all areas, was appointed Operations Manager in 2015
