Very little knowledge of the item I required. I explained what I the TYPE if item I required, THEY ORDERED the item for me based on THEIR OPINION of what they thought I required - which didn''t work and was not suitable for my use. Blaze (the so called sales manager) then refused to refund the £700. AWFUL COMPANY I''D NEVER USE AGAIN!
