After recommendation from one of our other contractors, I called Nathan in the Aluminium Door Division to report an issue with our business centre main entrance door slamming shut. Nathan was very knowledgeable on the phone, was polite and friendly and arranged for his team to attend our site the following week. He knew I was concerned about the issue, and later on that day, contacted me to ask what time we would be on site as his team were in the area and would be able to attend that day instead! His guys arrived and replaced a part and the door was fixed. The service from Nathan and his team went above what I expected. I would definitely use them again.

Our roller shutter door had an accident and became firmly fixed in the 'down' position. A telephone call to Attenborough and first thing the next morning an engineer was on site and within an hour had fixed the door and adjusted it (it now runs better than it has ever done). Excellent service from a superb company, highly recommend.

The service was incredibly quick from Martin visiting to your engineers Mark and Martin coming to sort it out. Staff were friendly, tidy and knowledgeable and kept calm when things were not going our way. I am extremely grateful to be sitting at home in the warmth rather than sleeping at the unit tonight.
