I have dealt with Axis for many years - Always an amazing business to deal with.

P+HS have worked with Axis on a number of projects; however, this was my first experience, and I was very pleased with the communication and design advice offered. The finished product was of the high quality expected for the clinical environment requirements, operationally achieving all that was hoped for and aesthetically pleasing.

Axis provided excellent support during the design/manufacturing phase, offering practical, well-integrated solutions that aligned with the overall architectural vision. Their team was responsive, detail-oriented, and collaborative throughout. Installation was completed on time with high-quality workmanship and effective coordination on site. The finished product met all expectations in both performance and appearance.

Throughout design and installation, Axis were very professional, pro-active, and excellent communicators, a pleasure to work with. This ensured easy and straightforward processes for agreeing modifications and the method of installation. It was also refreshing to be able to talk directly with Axis’ Managing Director, Rob Brunero, who was always very positive, helpful and collaborative.

The Axis installation team were conscientious, worked safely and completed the installation to a very high standard, all within our agreed timescale. When there was a minor latent defect to a mechanism, the issue was resolved in a fuss-free and timely manner. We would have no hesitation in recommending Axis and will happily use them again, on future projects.
