Many business people compare going to see their accountants with a visit to the dentist. We are not like that, we are approachable and friendly.
We try not to use technical jargon but speak to our clients in language they understand. We do not talk down to our clients.

For some clients that means we are effectively their financial director, for others we have less day to day involvement but they know that we are always there for them.
