I went looking for a car on Sunday and was dealt with the upmost professionalism from all the staff. The sales advisor we dealt with Reece, was beyond exceptional. Whilst it was busy, I didn't feel at all rushed in my decision, and was able to take the time needed to consider all options available to me. Reece was attentive, very knowledgeable and couldn’t do enough to help with my purchase. I will definitely be recommending the service received by all at the branch, to my friends and family.

Easy, smooth process from enquiring about a car on their website through to purchasing at the Peterborough Branch - lots of sales people to help you at all times, not rushed through any areas, nice 15 minute test drive which was enough time to check everything and look at all the different controls.
Nothing was hard sold to us whilst there and we were always checked on when left waiting for someone to come back so all in all it was a great experience. Highly recommended the GuardX they offer as it really does work, we’ve had it before and it was a dream with a lifetime guarantee on the car.

From start to finish the experience was smooth without any faults. Luke and Rachel were great especially Luke as he did my handover helped me setting up my amazing 3 year warranty, helped me with my tax and my drive away insurance so I can drive the car straight away. Luke is the best.

We made our first visit here today and we have been very impressed with the service. Tom made it a wonderful experience for my daughter buying her first car. He was friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, professional and knew his stuff! Harvey made us amazing milkshakes, and tea and biscuits and Adam ensured Tom to secure the deal! We will definitely be back next time we want to make another purchase. My daughter can't wait to pick up her car!
