Ian
He started as a fish farmer in the South West and Portugal before specialising in fish health with stints in the ornamental industry and as a fish health scientist for the Environment Agency. Ian has more than 25 years experience in all aspects of fisheries management, including environmental mangagement.
Ian had just completed 5 years as a lecturer in Fisheries Studies before setting up Blueroof Ltd. in 2004.

Jenny
She worked for the Environment agency for 9 years, firstly in freshwater and estuarine biology and then in environmental management.
Subsequently gained a teaching qualification and taught science at secondary level.
Aims to get more schoolchildren out into the environment around them!
