I joined this company in February through an agency with the intention to go full time once probation was completed! Only to be told by the company after my 12 weeks probation that there wouldn’t be enough work to take me on full time… They made me believe that I would be signing a contract at the end of my last week even made me work and only called me in 5 minutes before my shift ended to let me know I’m no longer needed!! For a small family run business I think this is very unprofessional and they don’t appreciate people who work there.. we are just numbers!!! They go through staff like nothing I’ve seen before!! No organisation at all with Kinga in charge!! Rushing orders for customers and sending painted items out that’s not even cured properly yet!! I would definitely avoid if you’re looking to grow and stay within a company!! They just treat their staff very poorly!!
