Tom and his team did a fantastic job sanding my hallway floor, first completing extensive repairs (see the before photos), and fitting skirtings and building and oak step. They were great to have in the house, friendly and clearing up each evening. Tom was very willing to listen to my particular specifications for the step, and did a fantastic job completing it. I really love all the finished work and would highly recommend their work, and use them again.

5 Stars – Outstanding Craftsmanship and Service
I recently had Casewood Floors supply and fit 18mm Whiteriver Monolam Smoked Oak engineered plank flooring in both my bedroom and office, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The attention to detail and quality of work is second to none.
In the bedroom, they installed the flooring over Neo acoustic rubber underlay, which has noticeably reduced sound transfer to the rooms below, perfect for a quieter, more peaceful environment. For the downstairs office, they fully bonded the flooring using Rewmar MS Polymer adhesive for extra stability and performance.
Both rooms were finished with beautifully crafted solid oak door thresholds, colour-matched perfectly to the flooring for a seamless finish.
From start to finish, Casewood floors have been professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about their craft.
I cannot recommend Casewood Floors highly enough. For anyone looking for premium wood floor installation or wood floor renovations in the Ibstock or Leicestershire area look no further.
