Utterly useless.
I have placed two orders with this company this year and both have been dogged by delays and/or incorrect product dispatch. The second order which I placed in late July was promised by mid-September but never arrived. Nor was it delivered by the second agreed date of today.
Chantelle is the worst possible advertisement for buying British products and I will never use them again.
