Clear-Safe from Clear-Software enables Organisations of any size or complexity to monitor the safety and Health & Well Being of their staff by sending them Risk Assessments, Survey and up-to-date guidance in the one message package which is delivered to the employee's smart device on a time and schedule set by your own nominated Admin user.
The system monitors when the Employee is on-site and so can then monitor if the employee has read and signed the package or not within the pre-set limits. Managers get alerted if any Employee doesn't sign the package, doesn't sign the package within a set time or if there are issues identified by specific survey answers. The Employee accesses via an App and is prompted to sign the package when they go on-site at their work location. The Organisation's designated Admin user(s) can create or amend Risk Assessments and Surveys using the functions and features provided in the Cloud system and then have these available immediately. They can also upload and attach any guidance documents or procedures that need to be sent to Employees.
