Based in Colchester, we have developed the business organically for over 15 years.
Based on the IT and business experience of Nigel Feakes, the company is now successfully supporting personal customers and medium sized businesses across the region.
By adopting an ‘non-sales’ approach and a focus on quality approach to customer service, the business has seen continued and steady growth. We have ensured products and services are delivered as a genuine and honest response to our customers’ needs.
We specialise in the repair of all makes and models of laptops and PCs, as well as upgrades we also have a good selection of new and refurbished PCs and laptops.
We take great pride in being able to offer great customer service at an affordable price and we believe our reputation speaks for itself.
Our Colchester shop is managed by Head Engineer Jack. He has 10 years of IT experience in many aspects of IT and computer repairs.
