Established by Ian Cubby back in the early 1980s, Craft Precision Engineering started out producing precision moulds for fine art glassworks. Ian spent day and night dedicated to operating his machines single-handedly to serve his sole customer. Word of Ian's craftsmanship and finesse quickly spread and Ian found himself expanding his team steadily over the next two decades. At the turn of the millennium, Ian incorporated the business, forming Craft Precision Engineering Ltd.
Building on the strength of the team, the business continually invested in cutting edge machinery and high quality personnel to cater for a growing number of extremely loyal staff. Because of their exceptional reputation, Craft Precision Engineering has never needed to establish a sales-focussed strategy for growth.
